Lug nuts are not included. The TPMS sensors are NOT included. If you have TPMS sensors in your current wheels, you can have them removed and reinstalled into these wheels, or I can have a new set of factory GM TPMS sensors installed into these wheels for an additional $120 total for all four ($30 per wheel).
