Produced by Playmates Toys in 1988, this 1:16 scale vehicle is 99% complete and comes with all the accessories as shown in the pictures. The blimp features a turtle design and is a must-have for any collector looking to add a unique item to their collection. This original, licensed reproduction is from the popular TV, movie, and video game franchise, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It is perfect for display or play and features the Turtle Blimp character, an animal species that is loved by many. This item is sold without packaging and is considered vintage, dating back to the 1980s. Don't miss your chance to own this amazing piece of TMNT history! 🚨Professional Grading Report🚨 This blimp does leak. I’m not sure if it’s just the cap coming undone or what but it does leak. I hate to say it folks, but this is probably the very best condition blimp left in the USA and this is missing. Just a couple very small items. I believe it’s missing the lower and upper fin as well as a missile holder, which is a little tiny orange piece. This does have all six missiles which are virtually unfindable anywhere. They’re also appears to be a place right underneath the front gun mount that a part clips onto but I’m not sure what the part looks like. I may even be able to find these parts as I continue to go through this estate and if I do, I will update the auction description with the good news. I hate to say it folks, but this is the very best it’s going to get. You’re not going to find a more complete blimp than this one. It’s just not possible. Not humanly possible the ninja turtles franchise purposely created so many parts that the kids were going to lose all of the parts and have to buy new ninja turtle paraphernalia. This was their MO. I believe I just sold the factory box for this unit a few days ago, but perhaps I still have it available. I also have times and tons of turtle accessories. If you’re looking for hard to find turtle parts for other vehicles, I will take a photo of the parts that I have available. I’ve got literally hundreds of stare turtle and I know how bad everybody needs these you don’t even need to tell me. With this being in such good condition with so few parts missing I would not even consider letting it go for less than $250. I’m sorry, but I won’t. Somebody would buy the parts alone or the balloon off of me for that price so, I know you have to see where I’m coming from. These parts are so incredibly rare and hard to find and you can thank playmates toys for that. They successfully sold new toys every year. Everyone ran out of all the little parts. I will zoom in on the places that I believe are missing parts and please pay close attention to the photos. Don’t blame me. You don’t pay attention to the photos. We ship fast and same day as possible. You pay the actual shipping and I’ll spend an hour trying to get all of the air out of this hot air balloon. 😂 If this item ends up being cheaper to ship. I will reimburse you the extra money. 100% perfect feedback for a good reason because we really care about our customers and we really care about custom service. That’s why the same customer keep doing business with us even up to 10 or 12 times in a row. When you find somebody you trust you stick with them. I do not believe this balloon leaks, but I have noticed that the air valve will need to be probably epoxy in because it pops out.
